Some dinners deserve more than a reservation.

Gather the people you care about around your own table.

Chef Andrew creates intimate private dinners for approximately 10–20 guests, with menus designed specifically for the occasion, the people attending and the ingredients at their best that season.

From sourcing and preparation through cooking and cleanup, the evening is handled for you leaving you free to spend the night with your guests instead of managing dinner.

Private dining experiences begin at $175 per guest.

Your kitchen. Your table. Your evening.

A private dinner should still feel like your home.

The goal isn’t to transform your dining room into a restaurant. It’s to create an evening that feels natural to the people around your table just with someone else taking care of dinner.

Menus are created specifically for the occasion, whether you’re celebrating a milestone, gathering friends, hosting family or simply creating an excuse to bring good people together.

You enjoy the evening.

I’ll take care of dinner.

What’s included.

The evening is taken care of from beginning to end.

Your private dining experience includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, grocery shopping, preparation, in-home cooking and complete kitchen cleanup.

I arrive with my own cookware, knives and primary cooking equipment, prepare the meal in your kitchen, and take care of the cooking and cleanup so you can remain part of your own gathering.

Menus are designed specifically for your event and built around the season, your preferences and the people you’re bringing together.

You host your guests. I handle dinner.

A menu created for the occasion.

There is no standard private-event menu.

We’ll begin with a conversation about the occasion, your guests, the way you like to eat and the kind of evening you want to create. From there, I’ll design a menu specifically for your gathering, drawing from the season and the ingredients that make sense at that moment.

That might mean a relaxed multi-course dinner shared around the table, a more traditional coursed meal, or an elaborate tasting menu that unfolds throughout the evening. I’ve created everything from intimate family-style dinners to twelve-course tasting menus, and the experience can be as simple or as ambitious as the occasion calls for.

You don’t need to arrive with a menu already planned. That’s part of what you’re hiring me to do. Once the menu is created, you’ll have an opportunity to review it and make adjustments before it’s finalized.

Dietary preferences and restrictions can be incorporated into the planning process, while allergies and more significant dietary requirements will be discussed individually to determine how they can be safely accommodated in your home kitchen.

Your occasion gives us the direction. The season gives us the ingredients.

When your guests arrive, your job is to enjoy them.

I arrive well before dinner begins, giving me time to become familiar with your kitchen, understand the flow of your home and talk through how you’d like the evening to feel.

From there, I take over the details.

The kitchen is organized for service. Dinnerware and glassware are prepared. Flatware is polished. Cooking and plating areas are established. And long before the first course reaches the table, the evening has already begun taking shape behind the scenes.

As your guests arrive, you shouldn't be checking the oven, setting out plates or wondering when dinner needs to start. You're free to pour a drink, join the conversation and actually be part of the gathering you planned.

For more elaborate dinners, additional culinary support can be incorporated into the evening. Professional service staff can also be arranged when the occasion calls for it, allowing everything from the kitchen to the dining room to be handled without turning you into the evening's coordinator.

Whether it's an intimate dinner among friends or a twelve-course tasting experience, the level of service is built around the evening you're creating.

By the time your guests arrive, you get to stop planning and start hosting.

From an idea to your table.

Every private dinner begins with a conversation.

Start by sending an inquiry with a few details about your gathering. From there, we’ll talk about the occasion, who you’re bringing together, what you want the evening to feel like and anything you’ve already imagined for dinner.

Then I’ll create a proposed menu specifically for your event.

You’ll have an opportunity to review the menu, ask questions and make adjustments. We’ll refine it together until the dinner feels right for the occasion.

Once the menu is approved, a 50% deposit confirms your event and reserves the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Then there’s nothing left for you to plan.

When plans change.

Life happens, and I try to make changes to your event as straightforward as possible.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before your event receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made within 14 days, any event-specific expenses already incurred will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

Within 48 hours of the event, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you need to move your dinner rather than cancel it, please reach out as early as possible. With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to another mutually available date. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and requires a new booking.

If something unexpected happens, call me. We’ll handle it like people.

GETTING STARTED.

Bring your people together.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to serve or how the evening should unfold.

Tell me who’s coming, what you’re celebrating and what you want the night to feel like.

We’ll build the rest together.
